We’re proud to share that Wellington Security Systems has been named one of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for the second consecutive year! We are one of just 15 nominees in the small business category, which covers companies with 25-29 employees.

The rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the coveted right to be named one of the Best Places to Work.
