The tailored solution addressed fire alarm monitoring, access control to the building, security that alerts their off-site monitoring personnel and the property manager of any intrusions and cameras to monitor common areas – in and outside the building. Using an app on her mobile device the property manager is able to receive notifications of alarm activity and view cameras to determine what actions, if any, are needed.
