Project timelines depend on the size and complexity of your facility. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through a timeline based on your specific needs.
On the timeline, click and drag to highlight the time period you’d like to export, then right-click the highlighted area and select “Export Video.” Choose your export options, click “Export,” and pick where you’d like the file saved. Once the export finishes, you’ll find it under Local Files in the Resource Tree.
Click anywhere on the timeline to jump to that point in your recorded footage. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out, drag the scrollbar to move through time, and use the playback controls to pause, rewind, or fast forward. Need help finding something specific? Give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.
From the Menu, select Users. To add a user, tap the Edit icon, then Add, and follow the prompts to set up their name, credentials, and access. To delete a user, tap Edit, then Delete, choose the user, and confirm. The same options are available on VirtualKeypad.com.
From the Menu, select Schedules. You can add, edit, or delete schedules for areas, doors, and outputs, and set up automatic arming and disarming. This can also be managed from VirtualKeypad.com.
Go to Schedules, then Holiday Dates, to add or remove holiday dates. Note that holiday schedules need to be refreshed each year. Simply editing an existing date won’t send the update to your panel, so you’ll want to remove the old date and add the new one, then save.
On the log in screen, tap “Forgot Password,” enter your email, and follow the prompts to reset it. Still stuck? Contact our team and we’ll get you back in.
